The search process will include the following 5 phases and typically will require 4 to 8 weeks.

Interview and assessment

  • Tests of 1 – 2 shortlisted candidates
  • Feedback to candidates and client
  • Candidate – job/profile assessment
  • Selection of 3 – 4 candidates for presentation and report

Step 4

Presentation of candidates

  • Description of company: Candidate and client meet once or twice
  • Reference taking (mandatory)
  • Contract and employment
  • Replies to other candidates
